Thank you for purchasing from Signage Secrets.

Because our products are delivered as digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered or accessed unless you are not completely satisfied.

Digital Products

All products sold on this website—including the Signage Secrets book and the Signage Control Kit—are digital products delivered electronically after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content, these materials cannot be returned once downloaded.

Technical Issues

If you experience any issues accessing your downloads or files, please contact us and we will gladly help resolve the problem.

Examples of issues we will assist with include:

• Download access problems

• Corrupt or incomplete files

• Missing product links

• File compatibility questions

Our goal is to ensure you receive the products you purchased and can access them successfully.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us and we will review the situation and provide a refund for the duplicate purchase if applicable.

Refund Policy for Signage Strategy Services Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Signage Secrets Signage Strategy Services.

Because these services involve scheduled consulting time and preparation, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.

Booking and Payment

Payment is required in order to reserve consulting sessions. Once payment is received, your session time will be scheduled and preparation for the consultation may begin.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting services and time reserved for your project, all sales are final once a session has been completed.

If a session has not yet occurred, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Signage Secrets.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be considered forfeited.

Missed Appointments

If a scheduled session is missed without prior notice, the session may be considered completed and will not be refunded.

Partial Work

For consulting packages that include multiple sessions, refunds will not be issued for services that have already been completed.

Any remaining unused sessions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
